Our botanical non-alcoholic spirits are created by collaborating with local botanists and distillers to make delicious coastal, herbaceous and fresh flavour profiles. Pentire is made through the same distillation process as a premium gin, with added steps to enhance the pH and mouthfeel to replicate the texture of a spirit. Unlike soft drinks that are from fruit extracts or cordials, we distil botanicals to get as much flavour as possible.

Pentire Adrift’s key botanicals are rock samphire, sage, Pentire Herbal blend, citrus and sea salt. Rock Samphire includes antioxidants, fatty acids, and omega 3 and is rich in vitamin C, vitamins E and K, iodine, carotenoids, and flavonoids.

Pentire Seaward’s key botanicals are sea rosemary, woodruff, sea buckthorn, pink grapefruit, and wild seaweed. Grapefruit is infamously rich in Vitamin C and our Pentire plant blend along with wild seaweed contains properties and minerals to aid health, sleep, circulation, and recovery.

Pentire Coastal Spritz’s key botanicals are blood orange, sea rosemary and oakwood.

Pentire Margarita includes Pentire Plant Blend, Pentire Adrift, lime, agave, and sea
salt.

In the alcohol world, it is most similar to aperitifs like Aperol and Campari. However, our Pentire Coastal Spritz has its own unique flavour profile of blood orange, sea rosemary and oakwood. It’s delicious!

Pentire Adrift and Seaward keep for up to 12 weeks. The Pentire Margarita keeps for up to 3 days once opened and the Coastal Spritz keeps for up to 8 weeks. All canned drinks you should drink fresh. We recommend storing your Pentire in a cool, dry place, in order to keep the best flavour.

We are a small company, so don’t benefit from economies of scale in our distillation process and would never compromise on quality to save cost.

Yes, we would advise that you avoid Pentire Seaward because it has pink grapefruit in it.
