A Pentire riff on the classic. A beautiful balance of aroma and acidity.

 

INREDIENTS

50ml Pentire Adrift
25ml Fresh Lime Juice 
Bar spoon of Maple Syrup
3 Bay Leaves

GARNISH

Bay Leaf

METHOD

Chill your chosen glass in the freezer. Add the Pentire, lime juice, maple syrup and 2 bay leaves to a mixing glass along with ice and stir for a few seconds. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a fresh bay leaf.
