A twist on the classic Mule, with a bit of a kick.
Ingredients
2oz Pentire Adrift
1.5oz ginger syrup
1oz lime juice
Top up with soda
Candied ginger, for garnish
Method
In a shaker, add all of the ingredients except the soda. Shake with one ice cube. Pour into a highball glass full of ice cubes. Top with soda water and add the ginger on a stick to garnish.
